Our good friend Debbie whipped up this delicious banana bread using Natural Evolution Green Banana Flour. It is perfectly moist, fluffy, easy to make, just like moms banana bread but with a gluten free twist! Debbie shared this with us and it was so good we ate it all before anyone thought to get a photo. Enjoy!
3 large bananas
1 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup butter + 1 tbsp to grease tin.
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup natural evolution green banana baking flour
1 tsp baking powder
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease a loaf tin with butter, or line with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mash the bananas well and mix in the milk and baking soda. Let stand
In a separate bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Add the Banana flour, baking powder and banana mixture. Stir until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to the greased loaf tin and bake for 50 -60 minutes.
